1940's Silvertone Archtop Acoustic

Located in Seattle

Very cool 1940s Silvertone archtop in its original tobacco sunburst finish. This example has a fat 17 inch body, massive chunky neck profile and one of the coolest headstocks Silvertone offered. Overall a wonderful playing example up until around the 14th fret where the neck and body meet. After the 14th fret there are some dead spots and fret out which is incredibly common on these instruments. The pickguard is missing on this one and there is a bolt attached at the neck joint. No case with this one. Cool piece!
