Up for sale is an absolutely stunning first year 1952 Gibson Les Paul model in its original Gold Top finish. The guitar had one owner most of its life and since traded hands in the late 2010s a few times and recently came up available. This a pre serial number example and has a rounded neck profile that measures .89 @ 1st and .95 @ 12th. The original soap-bar P90s sound wonderful and measure 7.42 in the bride and. 7.68 in the neck. Wiring harness appears untouched and is very clean. The bridge has a much more playable wrap-around installed. The original over-wrap bridge is included and there is no modification to the guitar to accommodate this bridge. The tuners are modern direct drop ins, I imagine the originals fell apart.
