A cult favorite, this Silvertone 1448 features a masonite top and back on a pine frame, black sparkle finish, and lipstick pickup. It even has the original case with built-in amp, one of the features that made this guitar an icon aside from its raw tone and distinctive look. The amp still lights up but unfortunately doesn't make sound. If you're handy with speakers you may be able to nurse this feature back to health, otherwise this guitar in and of itself is an awesome vintage instrument with loads of character and a case that serves as a reminder of its 60s catalog charm.
Freshly inspected and set up in-house by our esteemed Guitar Tech. In Very Good Vintage condition with moderate wear for an instrument of this age, including light scratches, some headstock wear, and other signs of normal handling and use.
