Description

Freshly inspected and set up in-house by our esteemed Guitar Tech.  In Very Good condition with moderate wear for an instrument of this age, including light scratches, small dings, and natural aging of parts and finish.

See below for more details and specifications.

ELECTRONICS & WIRING:

The pickups are low impedance with two output jacks.  The side jack is TRS balanced low impedance and the top jack is high impedance via an internal transformer.  The low impedance jack is designed for direct connection to studio equipment or mixing boards, offering a clean, balanced signal, while the high impedance jack allows the guitar to be used with standard guitar amplifiers. The guitar uses a built-in transformer to step up the low-impedance pickup signal for this output

Master volume and master tone controls.  3-Way pickup selector switch.  When both pickups are selected, the two-position phase control flips the phase relationship between the pickups. This produces a thinner, “quacky” tone reminiscent of out-of-phase Stratocaster sounds.

There is a three-way impedance switch (labeled 50, 250, and 500 ohms) that changes the output impedance, altering both output level and tonal character. This is particularly relevant when using the low-impedance output.

NOTE TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS:

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we try to represent the condition of all used and vintage guitars as accurately as possible in our listings.  Every used guitar shows some signs of play wear and vintage models even more so.  We call out all areas of damage or unusual wear, and describe the overall condition based upon what is "normal" for the age of the instrument.  Expect to see minor dings, finish checking, or other evidence of normal use and aging which may not be captured by photography or explicitly mentioned in the listing.

We recognize that everyone has their own personal standard of what constitutes acceptable wear and tear.  If play wear is especially critical for you, please contact us at the Shop for a complete in-hand description and to answer any questions you may have.  Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us.
