Up for sale is a killer and well worn 1975 Fender Stratocaster in its original and worn Olympic White finish. This guitar has a few changes and some serious finish and play wear, all adding to the cool factor of this guitar. First off, the guitar has been professionally refretted with larger fret wire and the tuners have been changed to Schallers leaving filled holes from the originals. The guard has been changed to white, which I believe is a visual upgrade, the original guard is included and is in the case. There are two finish cracks on the bass side of the neck pocket and remnants from small stickers on the face of the body and face of the headstock. That all being said, the pickups, pots and wiring are all factory, as is the neck plate, bridge, etc. Neck stamp is present but is mostly illegible, visible pot codes date to the 17th week of 1975 and the trio of original gray bottom pickups all date to 1975. An original hard case is included and heavily covered in rad vintage stickers. At a price point of less than a new Fender Custom Shop, how can you say no?
