Up for sale is a 1983 Gibson Custom Shop ES-335 Dot Reissue in Natural Blonde. We'e had a number of these early 80s 335s in the store over the years and I can sincerely say they do not disappoint and are some of the absolute best 335s you can acquire shy of a 50s and 60s example. This model features highly figured top and back, nickel hardware, slim C neck that measures .83 @ 1st and .97 @ 12th, 1 11/16th nut width, Grover tuners and black plastics. The guitar has a set of modern Gibson PAF pickups installed, I presume '57 Classics and has 2 500K volume pots installed (originals pots included). The guitar has been professionally refretted and has a bone nut installed, it is playing better than ever. This one is very clean less some light play wear and light areas of finish checking. These are hard to come by in this kind of condition. Pro setup in house and comes complete with its original hard case.
