Up for sale is a 2006 Gibson Custom 1959 R9 Les Paul Standard in Faded Cherry Sunburst. This example has a great top, nice rich color and a great true 59 neck profile. The good: This is a killer 59 LP at a pretty attractive price point. The Bad: Non original case, no paperwork, no COA and some scattered dings, dents and play wear. If you can look past those things and want a slamming deal on an R9 this is the guitar for you!
