For your consideration is a rare Park 75 amp head, hand built by Mitch Colby. This is a custom-built amplifier in collector grade condition and is a must-have for any serious Park or Marshall amplifier collector.
Inspired by the beloved Plexi and JTM45, this custom build Park 75 is a unique version of the classic British four-hold, two channel amplifier. At 50 watts, the Park 75 can push 60 watts with EL34s or a hefty 90 watts at full power when using KT88 output tubes. This gives the amp plenty of headroom, thump, and the drive of a classic typical 50-watt British amp.
This custom Park 75 features a host of upgrades, including high quality and hard to find parts such as New Old Stock vintage resistors and mustard capacitors, all affixed to a brown Paxolin board with split top turrets. A Merrin "clone" output transformer finishes off this highly detailed and meticulously built amplifier. All hand-wired for superior tone, ease of servicing, longest life, and best reliability.
This example is the small headshell variant, and is currently using EL34 tubes but can be switched to the included KT88 tubes for fuller power and headroom. It's in Excellent condition with some minor separation of the tolex on the corners.
