This model has been in planning for well over a year and we are thrilled with the results. Each Thunder Road 1959 Stratocaster features a light-weight chambered & roasted alder body, hand-wound pickups that are slightly overwound to our specs, closet classic hardware, Custom Shop Exclusive RSD bridge, roasted rift sawn maple neck and a compound 9.5-12" fingerboard radius. We love these guitars and think you will too! If you are after a light-weight & resonant Strat that has the look and vibe of a vintage guitar with some modern specs this is the model for you!
