Up for sale is a cool and totally iconic Used Chiquita Travel Guitar in Cool Blue. For anyone that's seen Back to the Future you might remember Marty cranking it up to 11 and blowing himself across the room with one of these guitars. This one is very nice and an actual joy to play. There are no notable cosmetic issues with this one. Anyone on the hunt for a cool and unique guitar with some fun history should consider this one.
Pro Setup in house and ships with its original hardshell case.
Weight: 3lbs. 14oz.
- Body & Neck: Solid Honduras mahogany body with a compact design (only 28″ long) and a rosewood fingerboard.
- Scale Length: Very short 19-inch scale across 23 frets.
- Electronics: Features a single high-output humbucker pickup (often a DiMarzio) and a single volume control.
- Hardware: Schaller wrap-around bridge and sealed 16:1 tuners.
- Weight: Super lightweight, coming in at around 4 to 4.5 lbs.

NOTE TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS:
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we try to represent the condition of all used and vintage guitars as accurately as possible in our listings. Every used guitar shows some signs of play wear and vintage models even more so. We call out all areas of damage or unusual wear, and describe the overall condition based upon what is "normal" for the age of the instrument. Expect to see minor dings, finish checking, or other evidence of normal use and aging which may not be captured by photography or explicitly mentioned in the listing.
We recognize that everyone has their own personal standard of what constitutes acceptable wear and tear. If play wear is especially critical for you, please contact us at the Shop for a complete in-hand description and to answer any questions you may have. Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us.
