Up for sale is a 1991 Gibson Les Paul Classic 1960 Honeyburst. This is one of the earlier examples of this model which features the word "model" on the headstock along with an ink stamped serial number. This one aside from an added set of Gibson pickup covers is bone stock and ready to rock! The original 500T Bridge pickup is my personal favorite pickup that Gibson makes. This one comes to us from the previous owner in very good condition with a few cosmetic notes. There is some finish checking present around the controls on the top along with some small buckle worming on the back. This is just in the finish but worth mentioning. The frets do show some wear in the firs few positions but nothing way out of character. This one plays and rings as it should but will at some point in the future need a level/crown/polish. Aside from that this is a well kept example of one of my favorite Gibson guitars. Someone should Grab this one before I take it home!
Pro Setup in house and ships with its original hardshell case
Weight: 9lbs. 13oz.
NOTE TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS:
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we try to represent the condition of all used and vintage guitars as accurately as possible in our listings. Every used guitar shows some signs of play wear and vintage models even more so. We call out all areas of damage or unusual wear, and describe the overall condition based upon what is "normal" for the age of the instrument. Expect to see minor dings, finish checking, or other evidence of normal use and aging which may not be captured by photography or explicitly mentioned in the listing.
We recognize that everyone has their own personal standard of what constitutes acceptable wear and tear. If play wear is especially critical for you, please contact us at the Shop for a complete in-hand description and to answer any questions you may have. Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us.
